Winners will be issued with a certificate which outlines details of the prize. Certificates may not be used when booking online or when booking direct with hotels. The certificate is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash and no change will be given. No compensation can be made for certificates lost, stolen, or destroyed. All bookings are subject to availability. Certificates may not be extended beyond their printed validity date. When less than 72 hours notice is given for a cancellation it will result in the certificate being void.

The level of accommodation is specified on the certificate, two nights stay including a traditional breakfast and dinner on the first night of your stay. Dinner is based on the table d'hôte menu or an allocation from £20 will be offered on the à la carte menu.

Bookings are subject to availability and an allocation of rooms. All bookings must be prepaid and are non refundable. This offer is valid Thursday - Monday inclusive until 14th December 2008. Up to two children, under 16 years, sharing a room with two adults stay for free (subject to availability of family rooms), paying only for meals as taken. There are a limited number of family rooms in the hotels, where there is no family rooms available, supplements will apply. Children in their own room pay full promotional rate. Prices are based on two people sharing for two consecutive nights and include traditional breakfast on both mornings and dinner on the first night only. Rates fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. Dinner is based on the Table d'hôte menu or an allocation of £20 will be offered on the a la carte. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, programme or promotion and cannot be applied to bookings previously made.
